Roles and Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers, understanding user behaviors and motivations
Work iteratively to design, refine, and validate solutions. Using your design skills, you create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes that communicate your design ideas
Should be able to handle day-to-day activities like team management, daily meeting, etc
Helping team and client resolve production issues
Design graphical user interface elements
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies working with team members in the US as well as in India
Lead the design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, photoshop mockups, and interactive prototypes
Create user personas, User journeys, and Information architecture
Design and develop responsive websites/applications
Mentor designers on the latest design trends
Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, etc
Create style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Required skills :

HTML + UI/UX expertise
Excellent coding skills in JavaScript/jQuery, having knowledge of React and Node JS
Experience working with REST APIs and container (docker) based systems
Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma, InVision, Adobe CC, etc.)
High knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Good time-management skills and strong communication skills to collaborate with various Stakeholders

Qualification and Experience :

Experience : 5+ Years

Education : BE/BTech/MCA/MSC-IT
