Business Analyst
Ahmedabad, Gujarat - Full Time
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage Pre-sales and Post-sale activities
  • Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications in the form of user stories/features
  • Participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes
  • Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Facilitate Scrum Activities which includes Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro
  • Track and remove internal and external impediments for the scrum team
  • Manage Change Request (CR) from stakeholders/client and convert them into documentation for the development team
  • Responsible for administration, maintenance, upgrades and enhancements to JIRA and integrations with other tools or plugins
  • Proactively communicate key insights and findings from the performance to the relevant internal teams
Required skills :
  • Require Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of business logic
  • Basic computer language knowledge
  • Decision-making skills, Resource management skill and Presentation skill
Qualification and Experience :

Experience : 2.5 + years

Education : MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech
