Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Expert in Web technologies (Website design, Web development, CMS Development, eCommerce) and Digital Marketing (SEO & Content Marketing).
  • Actively pursue new sales leads/opportunities through various channels including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and sales channels.
  • Complete understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Proven ability as a Sales Hunter to both generate and qualify leads, managing new business, and achieving targets.
  • Proven track record in identifying relevant RFPs, managing the end-to-end bidding process, crafting compelling proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements to drive successful deal closures.
  • Foster long-term relationships with prospects and clients to acquire and expand accounts, including partnerships with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report sales activities for management, maintaining records and preparing reports on a Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly basis.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Implement Sales action plans and strategies, conducting market research and surveys for domain suitability.
  • Collaborative team player and individual contributor.
  • Develop impactful presentations for potential clients.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding qualified leads, opportunity, and revenue targets.
  • Present the company to potential clients and identify prospects and potential buyers.
  • Generate leads based on allocated service offerings and target audience.
  • Proficient in office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets, with experience selling to USA customers.
  • Knowledgeable in both B2B and B2C segments of Business.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and teams to meet targets.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and reporting is advantageous.
  • Maintain and update leads/prospect details in CRM daily.
  • Generate and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as required.
  • Maintain relationships with leads to ensure satisfaction and address their needs.
  • Highly motivated with a desire to grow within the company.

Required skills :

  • 3–4 years of experience in content writing.
  • Prior experience with CMS platforms is an advantage.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong research capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Awareness of content trends and SEO best practices is a plus.
