  • Conduct effective email and telephonic communications with clients for implementation status, issues and gaps
  • Configure solution to be implemented as per the client business process.
  • Understanding client requirement Deal with International client. As per client requirement make business plan, and other diagrams.
  • Technical support need to be provided over Phone, Email, Ticketing Solution, and Chat for below Sophos products.
  • Troubleshoot product related issues and escalate to Customer Engineering team for resolution.
  • Product configuration or guiding customer as how to configure specific feature.
  • Lease between client and technical team for technical discussion.
  • Troubleshoot product related issues and escalate to development team for resolution.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams complex structure changes.
  • Conduct effective email and telephonic communications with clients for implementation status, issues and gaps
  • Product configuration or guiding customer as how to configure specific feature.
